Spring Cleaning: An Online Retreat

The is no time quite like Spring to start fresh so that we can offer sustanance to the life in us and around us. We start with cleaning our own house; harmonizing our minds and bodies, “brushing away the dust memory”, emptying our minds of their usual preoccupations and settling into the vivid life of the present moment.
By sitting and walking together with instructions and reminders we purify our hearts and minds, we become messengers of peace in the stressed out world. Suitable for all those who want to practice.
