You’re invited to join your fellow San Francisco dharma practitioners (and friends) on March 14 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. We’ll meet at Ocean Beach Café (734 La Playa) at 10:00 for supplies and instructions. Then we’ll head out, clean a beach, and head back to Ocean Beach Café at 11:30 for free lunch.

Spring Cleaning: An Online Retreat

The is no time quite like Spring to start fresh so that we can offer sustanance to the life in us and around us. We start with cleaning our own house; harmonizing our minds and bodies, “brushing away the dust memory”, emptying our minds of their usual preoccupations and settling into the vivid life of the present moment.
By sitting and walking together with instructions and reminders we purify our hearts and minds, we become messengers of peace in the stressed out world. Suitable for all those who want to practice.
Registration is required. Suggested donation is $30-$70, though no one will be turned away for inability to pay. If you require a scholarship or have questions, email events@missiondharma.org
