Building a Foundation of Love, A Half-Day Meditation Retreat for BIPOC Folx

Building a Foundation of Love, Compassion and Joy

Join us for this BIPOC centered half-day of practice and connection, as we lay the groundwork for love, compassion, and joy in our lives.

Join us in-person for this half-day retreat that is open to all self-identified Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) meditation practitioners. During this half-day we will practice and explore how the teachings of the Dhamma can support us in building a stronger foundation of Love, Compassion and Joy internally and in our interactions as we meet the complex challenges of our world today. This will be a morning of meditation and practice discussion, in a supportive community space. Whether you are new to the Dhamma or have an established practice, this event is a space for BIPOC individuals to practice, share experiences, and deepen in their understanding of the teachings. Don't miss this opportunity to deepen your practice and build meaningful connections with like-minded practitioners.

This event is offered in association with the San Francisco BIPOC Insight Sangha and San Francisco Insight Dharma Center.
