Join us either in-person or on Zoom for a half-day of sitting in the middle of it all together as we cultivate peace and wisdom.
So many conditions in our lives are in flux and uncertain… our safety, economic changes, war, political polarization just to name a few. Our practice can train us to be steady and balanced even when things are chaotic. Practicing sitting and walking meditation together in silence we can recover the natural balance and ease that underlies the our changing inner and outer landscape. Instructions, short dharma talks and opportunities for questions will be included. Suitable for all meditators.
Registration required. $30-$70 suggested donation. Instructions and link for Zoom participants will be in the confirmation and will also be sent again before the day of the reatreat.
